Our factory is equipped with a wide range of sophisticated manufacturing, testing, and installation equipment. Manufacturing devices include: various CNC drilling machines, lathes, boring machines, CNC pipe rolling & automatic welding machines, automatic TIG welding machines, large submerged arc welding gantry, clean workshops for titanium welding, wastewater testing laboratories, large shot blasting cleaning and rust removal equipment, various aging treatment machines and stress relief equipment, CNC cutting machines, etc.

Main Workshop

The main workshop covers an area of 50,000 m2, with assembling devices featuring lifting capacity of 200t (single unit), which meets the manufacturing requirements of various large-scale environmental protection equipment.

Machining Workshop

Material Cutting Workshop

Fully automatic material cutting equipment, including laser cutting machines, fully automatic plate flame cutting machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, and automatic submerged arc welding equipment.

Painting Workshop

The company is equipped with an environmentally friendly painting room, and all structural parts need to be treated by shot blasting twice before painting, so as to ensure the anti-rust ability of more than six years.

We have a professional installation team that has accumulated valuable experience throughout practices in installation of over 40 hazardous waste incineration system and 5 integrated sludge drying and incineration system ,the high-quality and high-efficiency services have earned praises from our customers.

As early as when the company was founded, through the introduction of foreign core technical experts, and cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, Key Laboratory of Organic Composite Pollution Control Engineering of the Ministry of Education and other industry-university-research institutes, the company devoted itself to the technology digestion, absorption and re-innovation of various environmental protection technology equipment, mainly hazardous waste incinerators, and equipment intelligent manufacturing practice.

In recent years, with the deep cooperation of senior professors in the School of Energy and Environment of Southeast University, we focus on the development, innovation, problem solving and engineering practice of sludge fluidized bed dry incineration treatment and disposal technology.

• Zhongding is responsible for providing systematic and multi-faceted training services to ensure smooth operation by customer’s personnel. On-site services

• Zhongding's entire production line is highly intelligent, enabling remote monitoring and operation. All real-time data can be recorded, helping to quickly solve production issues. With a dedicated team consisting of about 100 technicians, 24-hour rapid response service is provided. We promises to dispatch technical personnel on-site quickly if needed (you need to provide corresponding travel expenses).
  All these regular maintenance and emergency services aim to maintain continuous high-quality operation. We believe our team can solve any issues that arise during the operation, allowing your factory to return to normal operation as quickly as possible. Upgrade services

• Zhongding's production line is highly standardized, thus able to provide equipment control system upgrades.

Installation and commissioning

• During installation and commissioning phase, we’ll send experts and technicians for technical guidance and to handle manufacturing-related technical issues within a deadline required by customer. On-site training is also provided for customer’s technical personnel and workers.
  Our team will strictly follow regulations, control installation quality according to process requirements and installation procedures, ensuring installation accuracy and commissioning qualification.
  We provide on-site services such as installation guidance to ensure equipment’s normal operation.

Warranty

• Within the warranty period
  If quality issues arise within the warranty period, we will provide three guarantees according to our contract agreement. Upon customer’s demand, our team will be dispatched to the site to handle issues. They will return only after the equipment is restored to normal condition. All expenses incurred will be borne by the us. If equipment damage is caused by improper storage or use, we will also actively help solving the problem, but the resulting expenses will be borne by customer.
  Beyond the warranty period
  If equipment failure occurs after long-term operation and the customer cannot resolve it themselves, our team can be dispatched to the site for assistance upon demand. All expenses will be borne by customer.
